The Adventure Time Of Aqmar, Khaleedha and Shasha : Aquaria and getting lost for brunch

A few more weeks and then.. Its the end of January, means my cousin will be back in Kuching and i'll be back to my old, lonely routine.

So i decided to be a tourist for the day. This is what happened on last Saturday.

          We had a special connection

Okay, so the first so called adventure.. Not so much of an adventure cause Aquaria KLCC is in KLCC itself and its not that hard to find supposedly BUT the three of us got lost so we shamelessly had to use GPS to find our way.

RM38 per person with Mykad is quite expensive for an outing but hey, chill.. Do it for the fishies (fishes, i know but its cuter that way)

On a scale of 1-10 how lame am i for being so excited to see these flesh eating piranhas?

Look mom! I touched Patrick Star.

Shasha's cute attempt to touch the tail of this thing (i think this is a shark?) (but a tame and touchable one?) (and FYI i did get to touch its full body and its so soft)

These guys are cute as hell by the way.

Bad quality photos cause i am not a professional photographer and shit BUT HOLY HELL i love this long ass aquarium thingy, i was in awe and did ridiculous things to show my excited-ness and there's this caucasian guy shaking his head and i saw that and i laughed so loud..

             *inhales breath sharply*

                           And i walked away.

But for real though, if i were crazy rich.. I would love to have this kind of aquarium setup in my house.

This photo makes me feel like getting away for a beach holiday in a middle of nowhere, swimming with the fishies..

         Here comes my favorite part..

           Meet my new bestfriends..

Look at those set of jaws, man..
And yeah, he photobombed us too many times and i have a feeling he has a crush on me or something.

Oh please, thats a joke.

I kinda wanna be in there but i dont have the balls.. So..

FYI this place is not as huge as you think it is so when you reach this long shark tank.. considered it as a finishing line. So, to make your 38$ worth the waste, i suggest you to skip the exit and head back to the starting line/entrance and go through all of it again for a better experience. You might not wanna missed seeing the crew feed the marine animals.

Seen here i went back to the starting entrance and got the chance to touch a sea cucumber (Gamat) as i didnt get the chance to be friendly with it the first try cause i was scared. (And idk why)

It was so.. so.. SOFT. Like too soft, automatically made you feel like you shouldnt touch it at the first place cause you're scared you might hurt it or something. But everything's A-OK.

After we are SO done with our mini aquamarine adventure, with starving tummies we went to Chow Kit/Petaling Street to get good food. And of course, again.. We got lost for a while there.. But thanks GPS. You're a lifesaver.

This place is called The Front Door and its a little bit hidden from the busy, hectic road.. But once you get inside..

Open sandwich/toastie are my fav. Its easy to make and healthy.

Here, The Front Door has a various selections of it but my favorites would be the beef bacon, cheddar cheese, honey and strawberries toastie & egg, avocado and cheese toastie.

One slice is 6$, a set of 3 costs 18$ and set of 5 costs 25$. Cheap and delicious?

                       Hell yes!!

                        Khaleedha

                          Shasha

Above photos : fun photo sesh cause girls just wanna have fun.

Oh.. And then we went for a quick stop at Pantai Dalam to check out the pasar malam cause its been a while.. And i got this bad boy for 2.50$.

                  What Magnum?

Yours truly, x
